Open living room and kitchen with gray luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout

Sumner is a great small town with a real mix of houses, from older homes close to downtown to newer neighborhoods around the edges. What most of them have in common is Northwest weather, and a front door that sees a lot of rain. Luxury vinyl is a floor that doesn’t mind.

Built for the way Sumner families live

Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) are waterproof, scratch-resistant and easy to keep clean. They stand up to heavy foot traffic, kids and pets, and they come in styles that look like real wood, stone or tile. Put it in the kitchen, the bath, the mudroom, or the whole house.

Here’s what sets our installs apart

We’ll help you pick the right product and design the layout, and then we do something a lot of installers skip: we repair and level the subfloor first. It’s the step that decides whether your new floor lasts.

Kellie’s has strong ties with the leading luxury vinyl manufacturers, so selection isn’t a problem. Take a look at our top flooring products to see what’s out there.

Floors today, kitchen tomorrow?

We’re not just a flooring company. Kellie’s Remodel & Restoration also does kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels and complete home renovations right here in Sumner. If the floor is step one of a bigger plan, we can take it from there.

The flooring is beautiful, the installation is perfect. I threw some curve balls and Kellie was all over it, every time. FANTASTIC all around!

Did you know?

Most "bad floor" calls aren't the floor. If a room feels bouncy or the planks keep separating, the subfloor underneath is usually the problem, and covering it up with new flooring just buys you a year. Kellie's levels and repairs the subfloor first, which is why the floors stay flat.

FAQ

Luxury vinyl questions, answered for Sumner

Why do you check the subfloor before installing vinyl?

Luxury vinyl is thin enough that it shows every dip and hump underneath. If the subfloor isn't flat, planks can click, separate or feel spongy. Leveling and repairing it first protects the floor you just paid for.

Can you do our kitchen and the floor at the same time?

Yes. Kellie's is a full remodeling company, so the cabinets, countertops and flooring can all be part of one project and one schedule.

How much does luxury vinyl cost?

It depends on the product you choose, the size of the space and how much prep the subfloor needs. We'll give you a free, itemized estimate after we've seen it.
