Complete home makeover, Woodinville (2025)

There was nothing we didn’t do to remodel this Woodinville-area home and get it ready to sell. It was essentially a house flip, and everything you’d see in the listing photos, other than the furniture, was the work of Kellie’s Remodel & Restoration. That meant walls, floors, the complete kitchen, the bathrooms, lighting and doors, plus exterior work and even a landscaping refresh. It’s a good example of what one contractor handling the whole house can do for a sale.

Complete home remodel to sell (2023)

For this home, we did it all again: changed walls, replaced all the flooring, and completed kitchen and bathroom remodels with new cabinetry and stone countertops. New flooring alone can transform a home, but this project shows how far past floors we go.

Subfloor leveling + luxury vinyl flooring (2023)

The subfloor, meaning the plywood or concrete under your floor, has to be level before new flooring goes down. On this job, we used a liquid leveling compound, along with other tricks of the trade, to get the subfloor right. Then we laid all new luxury vinyl plank. It’s amazing how much it looks like real hardwood, and it’s waterproof. Unlike many flooring companies, we do subfloor leveling ourselves.

Did you know?

Most "bad floor" calls aren't the floor. If a room feels bouncy or the planks keep separating, the subfloor underneath is usually the problem, and covering it up with new flooring just buys you a year. Kellie's levels and repairs the subfloor first, which is why the floors stay flat.
