Bonney Lake grew fast, and a lot of the homes up on the plateau went in over the last few decades. That usually means good bones, open floor plans and builder-grade kitchens: oak or thermofoil cabinets, laminate counters and one light in the middle of the ceiling. Those are exactly the kitchens that change the most with a remodel.
